Recruitment rules: continuous recruitment
Recruitment process Recruitment consists of 2 stages:
STAGE I - Applications Job offers are available on the Eko-Świat website as well as on its web portals. The first stage of the recruitment is delivering the application form. Application forms for specific announcements - links for submitting applications can be found at the bottom of each job offer, or using a recruitment form.
STAGE II - Interview Upon analysis of the application and other documents submitted, selected candidates are invited for a job interview. The selection criteria is suitability of your competences for the job you're applying for. First interview is performed by the Human Resources Management worker, who wants to hear about your job experience, education, skills and competences, as well as the expectations towards our company, as well as the reasons for your interest in the position.
