Laboratories
Casting products
Starting at the foundry of aluminium alloys, ingots, and strips, we carry out the supervision of maintaining the quality of manufactured products and raw materials used in further stages of production processes. We control and select the chemical composition of manufactured alloys. The control is carried out using emission spectrometers. Simultaneously, microscopic control of cast alloys is carried out where it is possible to carry out quantitative measurements of grains and multi-phase excretions, as well as we test the macro structure and mechanical properties.
.Profiles and components
The Extruded Products Department determines the chemical composition, geometry, and the shape of the product, its mechanical properties, hardness, the roughness of the surface, and the state of thermal treatment. We also have the equipment to carry out simulations of thermal treatment processes.
Flat products
Flat products must meet the product mechanical properties, specific hardness, drawability, anisotropy, and the state of thermal treatment. Our products undergo tensile tests, compression tests, and bending tests. We perform hardness and roughness measurements, as well as conductivity measurements.
